Suame Municipal hosts a dialogue series with The Youth Opportunity & Transformation in Africa (YOTA).
YOTA, in collaboration with Suame Municipal Assembly, met with the youth of Suame at the municipal’s conference hall for the “Youth Development Dialogue Series.”
The program aimed to educate the youth about their civil life and how they can contribute to nation-building.
The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) director for Suame Municipality, Mrs. Constance Amankwaa, urged the youth to let their civic life matter to them and show interest in getting involved in nation-building. She also advised them to follow all peaceful election protocols and avoid conflicts, as they’re important to their family and the nation at large.
Hon. Abubakr Sadiq (assembly member) and Hon. Albert addressed the challenges they are facing in the municipality and solicited help from the government. Hon. Albert pleaded for stem resource centers for the communities in his jurisdiction, such as Suame, Kronum, and Maakro.
